A focused diagnostic covering current load, upcoming pressure, nervous system state, and capacity degradation signs. This is not a check-in. It reflects where you are now and where you need to be.

Seasonal 12-Week Capacity Plan
Built from the full protocol library based on the current season and how it affects nervous system capacity. The same plan for all members — sequenced to what the season requires. Delivered as a Google Doc with clear sequencing, defined priorities, and direct protocol links.

Execution With Governance
You run the plan independently, with tools to support execution. Built for a woman who wants infrastructure she can operate on her own terms. Core protocols require 10–20 minutes per day. Consistency is the point.

Renew or Exit
At the end of each quarter: renew and access the next seasonal plan, or step away. No confusion. No forced continuity. No mid-quarter pausing — capacity governance requires continuity, and pausing when pressure increases defeats the purpose.

December — February

The system is reactivating. This is a time to rebuild the infrastructure that will support summer's demands before they arrive. The plan builds momentum without burning what was recovered in winter.

SUMMER
June — August
The most ambitious plan of the year. The season to increase challenge, push capability ceilings, and build the reserves that autumn and winter will draw on. The biological window is specific. Use it deliberately.

AUTUMN
September — November
Working memory peaks. Pattern recognition is at its most sophisticated. The season for locking in what summer built. The Shield member who governs autumn correctly does not dread winter. She enters it resourced.

Per day. Core protocols fit into morning routines, lunch breaks, and wind-down periods. If 10–20 minutes is not available to maintain capacity, that is data The Shield helps solve.

On progress and refunds —

If you implement consistently for 30 or more days and see no improvement — not transformation, not fire, just small signals like improved sleep or reduced reactivity — raise it in the Q&A thread. If genuine implementation has occurred and no progress is detectable, the current quarter will be refunded. If you did not implement, no refund applies.

The fire does not
